CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes circumstances change and appointments need to be cancelled. However, please note that cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment are not acceptable and will result in a 50% fee of the service. I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on the waitlist. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me a call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Anything less than 48 hours will result in a fee.
